The Local Power & Justice Housing Policy Toolkit is for local elected officials and community advocates, providing a menu of possible policy solutions to the housing crisis we’re experiencing across Florida. It was developed by Community Justice Project and Local Progress Florida, and informed by this memo analyzing the landscape of state preemption of local housing law in Florida produced by Local Progress Impact Lab and Local Solutions Support Center.
