HOW IT WORKS

Are you an LP member with a policy, strategy or communications question?
Email the Help Desk!

Via the Help Desk, Local Progress Impact Lab provides policy, strategy, and communications assistance to Local Progress members. We are here to support you by sharing the expertise of Impact Lab staff, making connections to other Local Progress members, and drawing on the issue area expertise of national, state, and local partners.

  1. Send an email request to the Help Desk including the details of your request and your timeline. This helps us know how to best respond!
  2. Your request will be reviewed by an Impact Lab staff person who will get back to you with relevant information and next steps. If appropriate, we will also let you know if we can connect you with other Local Progress members or issue area experts that can support.
  3. We’ll continue working together as needed! Our goal is to ensure you get the immediate answers you need while also supporting your capacity to sustain the work long-term.
