The Bold Housing Solutions: A Toolkit for Pennsylvania Municipalities is for local elected officials and community advocates, providing a menu of possible policy solutions to the housing crisis we’re experiencing across Pennsylvania. It was developed by Local Progress Impact Lab and Regional Housing Legal Services and informed by PAYBAC and Keystone Research Center.
