California
We organize across California to drive progressive change through all levels of local governance. Grounded in collaborative change, we govern with communities and local partners.

AT A GLANCE

Local Progress California (LPCA) is organizing across the state to drive progressive change. From school boards and city councils to mayors’ offices and county commissions, we are working to advance equity and justice through all levels of local government.

LPCA currently has more than 210 members, representing 137 jurisdictions.

Our Work & Priorities

Right now, we are in the process of building out the infrastructure to establish a state chapter – with a formal leadership structure and a robust membership – that will be the foundation for statewide organizing and advocacy to come!
