Baltimore Councilmembers Push Back Against Minimum Wage Limitations

The Baltimore City Council, including Local Progress members Kris Burnett and Ryan Dorsey, are standing up against a Maryland bill that would put limitations on local jurisdictions’ ability to raise their minimum wages. Councilmember Burnett highlights that higher minimum wages help workers and families, boost local spending, and benefit local businesses.
